We offer both builder and individual financing programs.

Construction loans are structured for one year terms at 80% of appraised value.

Stock Yards Bank also has a Builder/Buyer program that offers some very attractive benefits to the buyer of the residential property.

Buyers are allowed a six month rate lock and reduced documentation and fees when they apply for their permanent mortgage through our bank at the same time the construction financing is arranged for the builder.
