Under the final rule of Regulation F, a bank is not limited in its credit exposure to an "adequately capitalized" correspondent. We are pleased to report that Stock Yards Bank and Trust Co. continues to exceed the criteria that Regulation F defines for a "well capitalized" bank in the 1st quarter.
