eStatement Agreement

Thank you for considering Stock Yards Bank’s electronic statement delivery service. To begin receiving your bank statement electronically, your consent is required. Please review the information below prior to completing the attached eStatement enrollment form and giving your consent. In order to receive eStatements, you are required to be enrolled in the bank’s Online Banking system. Depending on when your statement is processed it may take two statement cycles to be set up.

By electing to receive your bank statement online, you are consenting to receive from us by electronic means only, your statement for your specified bank account(s) and other disclosures related to that account(s). While enrolled for  eStatements, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail. However, you may be sent other documents that contain important information about your account. You should continue to review correspondence that we mail to you.

When your online statement is available, an e-mail notification will be sent to the address that we have on file.  It is your responsibility to update any changes in your e-mail address.  You can update your email address by accessing Online Banking at www.syb.com and logging in with your Access ID and Password.  There is an Options tab available.  Place your cursor over the tab and click “Change Email Address”.  Your revised e-mail address can be entered and sent to us using this secure process

To access eStatements you will need to be enrolled in Online Banking.   A system requirement for Online Banking is a 128-bit encrypted browser.  If you are using Internet Explorer, it must be at least release 6.0 or 6.1 for Netscape. To open the eStatement you will need Adobe Reader 7.0 or higher.   Click here to install the latest version of Adobe Reader.  If you are unable to load Adobe on your personal computer, please do not continue with enrollment.

To withdraw your consent to receiving your statement electronically with no cost to you, access www.syb.com and click on the “Sign up for or cancel eStatements” for the eStatement Cancellation Form. Access and print a copy of the eStatement Cancellation form and mail to Stock Yards Bank & Trust Co.

The same terms apply with respect to electronically delivered bank statements as for those delivered in paper form and the deposit agreements and disclosures that you previously received from Stock Yards Bank remain in effect.

We reserve the right to cancel your participation in this program at any time. Please note, the Terms and Conditions for Online Account Services also apply to your use of this service.
