For loans up to $250,000.00:

• Credit application
• Personal Financial Statement on all owners/guarantors with 20% or greater ownership
• Business Federal tax return for 2 years
• Personal Federal tax return on all owners/guarantors for 2 years
• Business financial statements, company prepared, balance sheet/income statement for current year (if year end is past 6 months)

For loans $250,000.00 and over:

• Same as above, but 3 years of tax returns required
