  • All of our offices will continue to service your transactions from our drive-thru lanes during normal business hours, and through our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and ATMs.

  • While branch lobbies will not be open for public traffic, all offices will remain staffed during regular business hours and we can accommodate you - including scheduling meetings and accessing safe deposit boxes.

  • We encourage you to utilize our self-service tools such as our ATM’s/ITM’s, online banking, mobile banking and Bill Pay.  These services allow you to check balances, view transactions, make payments, find an ATM, ITM and more.  It’s fast, easy and allows you to bank from the safety of your phone or home computer.

In our ongoing efforts to help you and keep you informed, I want to share some exciting news that may assist you during these difficult times.

With the passage of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES)  last Friday, the government has significantly expanded the products and capabilities of the United States Small Business Administration (SBA).  The SBA is utilizing banks as an integral part of their delivery mechanism.

Do you need help, or want additional information?
If you are a business owner and currently have a lending relationship with Stock Yards, contact your relationship manager.  They can discuss the new SBA options available to you such as SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) and the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).  For more detailed information on these programs and other programs available through SBA, visit www.sba.gov.
