When a debit card transaction occurs that is "out of the ordinary" for your spending history; such as an out of town charge - an automatic case is created and a text can be sent to you  to verify if you are aware of the transaction(s). 

You will need to “opt in” in order to receive the text notifications.  When you order a new card, we will send a text asking if you would like to opt in.
