We had the honor of ringing the Nasdaq Opening Bell to celebrate our 20th anniversary of trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market. This milestone is more than a celebration—it’s a testament to the strength of our partnerships, the trust of our customers, and the confidence of our investors.

Since our Nasdaq debut in 2005, we’ve grown into a dynamic financial institution with over $9.2 billion in assets and 73 branches across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. During that same period, our stockholders’ equity has grown from $126 million to over $940 million—a reflection of our consistent performance and long-term value creation.

But our success is not measured by numbers alone; it’s built on the dedication of our nearly 1,200 associates, the loyalty of our customers, and the vision of our leadership. During the ceremony, Chairman & CEO Ja Hillebrand expressed deep gratitude to our team and to the communities we serve, acknowledging that our progress is powered by people and purpose.
