Doug Beaumont
Doug joins the Wealth Management & Trust team with a diverse professional background rooted in relationship-building and strategic consultation. Before transitioning to the financial services industry, he spent a decade as a talent acquisition consultant in the technology sector, advising and recruiting for major global enterprises, including Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. Most recently, Doug served as an independent advisor within the insurance industry, a role that reinforced his passion for personalized financial planning and strategy.
Doug’s approach to wealth management is entirely client centric. He is motivated by the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of each family’s unique goals and to develop long-term strategies that help them achieve those objectives. For Doug, the true reward of financial advising lies in the peace of mind it provides clients today and for generations to come.
A graduate of the University of Louisville, Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and was also a four-year standout wide receiver for the Cardinals. His commitment to the Louisville community runs deep; he serves on the boards of the 29th & 9th Foundation and the Louisville Male High School Alumni Association. Doug has also spent the past four years as an assistant football coach at Christian Academy of Louisville, helping lead the program to four consecutive state championships. Most recently, he provided analytics support for Louisville’s UFL franchise. In his free time, Doug enjoys attending sporting events with his wife, staying active in the community, and connecting with new people.
