Renner Wehr brings four years of dedicated banking and financial industry experience to the Stock Yards Bank Wealth Management team. Renner joined the organization through the recent acquisition of Field & Main Bank, where he spent three years total, including two years specifically focused within the wealth department. Driven by a desire to serve his community, Renner originally chose to enter the wealth and trust sector to help local clients successfully navigate their financial journeys in a seamless, stress-free way.

As an Investment Associate, Renner is motivated daily by the pursuit of knowledge and a steadfast dedication to high-quality client care. He operates under the professional philosophy that while we cannot control the market, we can always control how we serve our clients. Looking ahead to his role with Stock Yards Bank, Renner is incredibly excited to offer clients an expanded suite of resources and products, while continuing to learn, grow, and build the future of the bank alongside a premier team.

Renner’s commitment to continuous advancement is reflected in both his professional and academic pursuits. He is currently on the cusp of graduating from Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, equipping him with fresh insights to bring to his role. True to his community-oriented mindset, Renner actively gives back to the local area, serving on the board of directors for the Cliff Hagan Boys and Girls Club and regularly volunteering with Terror on the Trail.

Renner is an avid traveler who loves spending time outdoors. He is a passionate animal lover and shares his home with a lively houseful of pets, including three dogs named Hans, Penny, and Arlo, and two cats named Dany and Daemon.
